The wonton noodle soup was light yet flavorful, with springy noodles and delicate, plump wontons that were absolutely spot on. I also tried their signature rice noodle rolls, and wow they were fresh, silky, and paired perfectly with the sweet soy sauce. Even the siu mai, which you might expect to be ordinary, had great flavor and texture clearly made with care. The fried bread stick (youtiao) was crispy and not oily at all, a perfect companion for dipping into the congee. “ What a pleasant surprise to find this noodle roll shop. We were looking for lunch and saw the full parking lot and stopped to investigate. Every dish was made fresh and piping hot. Seasoned well, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. There were tons of take-away orders too, which is a great sign of their food quality.
